1.Shrink the OS ( will not install some features that not use in ur blackberry ) costumised

2.Prepare the tools
a.Blackberry Master Control Program
b.BB Hybrid Tools
Step-step
1.Install the OS
2.Run bbhybrid tools
Select the os you want to shrink
Check the feature that u want to cut of from ur blackberry
Shrink it
Done
Next step is just like upgrades an os
Dont forget to backup your data first
